I originally came to Elmira for acupuncture to treat wrist, neck and back pain. Working at a desk and computer all day was starting to cause pain, and I had heard that acupuncture could help provide relief. Elmira put me at ease during my first treatment and I found it very relaxing. I noticed immediate relief, particularly in my wrists. Continued treatments have really helped alleviate my pain. Elmira is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I enjoy my treatments with her.
